RSA Terms & Condition

We provide this services through our partner WSmart (Thailand) Company Limited

For details inclusions and exclusions, please refer to below points:

 Section 1: Scope of Service 

In the event that the vehicle is considered immobilized or unroadworthy, the Customers shall be entitled to seek ROADSIDESERVICEASSISTANCE as presented in this section. 

1) Free Car Towing Service, 

• Towing up to a distance of 50 kms to any destination apply for each service. A Charge of 25 Baht/km is applicable for distances beyond this. 

• This service can be utilized when the vehicle cannot be driven or when mechanics cannot repair the car at the point of incident. 

• Unlimited Usage with a limit of one destination per incident. 

2) Free Spare Key Collection Service, 

• If a spare key is located within 25 kms radius, then the attending technician will arrange for the collection and delivery of the key to the breakdown location. For distances beyond 25 kms, a charge of 25 Baht per km will apply. 

• Alternatively, a locksmith service may be arranged at the customer’s expenses if required. The cost of locksmith’s services is not covered in this program. 

• Do not cover the cost of transporting the vehicle to other locations for further diagnostic and service for issues related to this service. 

• Unlimited Usage 

3) Free Emergency oil refuel, 

• In the event that the customer’s vehicle runs out of fuel (cannot drive) 

• Wsmart shall cover the cost of the service provider to collect the necessary fuel to enable the car to operate. The cost of fuel will be the customer’s responsibility. 

• If a wrong fuel description was given, Wsmart shall not be held responsible for the cost of the fuel or the health of the vehicles. 

• Do not cover the cost of transporting the vehicle to other locations for further diagnostic and service for issues related to this service. 

• Unlimited Usage 

4) Free Battery Jumping Service, 

• In the event the vehicle cannot start, and the issue is related to the battery of the vehicle, Wsmart will send a mechanic to jump the Battery. 

• If the issue is with the battery itself and a replacement is required, Wsmart will not cover the cost of battery replacement. 

• Do not cover the cost of transporting the vehicle to other locations for further diagnostic and service for issues related to this service. 

• Unlimited Usage unless prior advice was given by Mechanics to replace the damaged battery. 

5) Free Spare tire replacement service, 

• In the event that there are issues the vehicle’s tire. Wsmart will send a mechanic to change the spare tire. 

• In the event that the customer does not have a spare tire, Wsmart shall facilitate the search of the tire. The cost of the tire and other services such as tire retread will be the responsibility of the customers. 

• Do not cover the cost of transporting the vehicle to other locations for further diagnostic and service for issues related to this service. 

• Unlimited Usage 

6) Continuation of Journey 

• If Customer’s Covered Vehicle is immobilized or rendered unroadworthy due to mechanical breakdown, Wsmart will arrange for the Customer to continue his/her journey with the following benefits: 

A) Taxi Service, by coordination to call Taxi. Any expenses incurred will be borne entirely and directly to the Customer. 

 

In the event that the incident occurs more than 100 kilometres from the Customer’s Usual Place of Residence and repairs cannot be completed within 24 hours after arrival at the garage. Customer can request Wsmart to arrange either, 

  1. B) An Alternative Vehicle –Wsmart shall coordinate for car rental service upon the Customer’s request. Any expenses incurred will be borne entirely and directly to the Customer. 

  2. C) Hotel Accommodation, Wsmart shall coordinate for hotel accommodation upon the Customer’s request. Any expenses incurred will be borne entirely and directly to the Customer. 

 

Section 2: Exclusions 

The allowances stated above are subject or the following conditions for each and 

every case. 

1. Repair or Towing of the immobilized vehicle must be arranged by Wsmart, or the Covered vehicle must obtain prior consent from Wsmart before arranging the repair service or towing of vehicle by another party. 

2. Wsmart is not responsible for the delivery or return of the alternative Vehicle. 

3. Wsmart will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods carried on the vehicle. 

4. Wsmart will not be responsible for any assistance services or expenses occurring while the vehicle is towing or carrying more weight/persons than for which it is designed as stated in the manufacturer’s specifications or arising as a consequence of the vehicle being used in motor competition or racing of any kind. 

5. Wsmart will not be responsible for any accidental damage or mechanical breakdown arising in respect of any hire or rental vehicle including replacement organized by Wsmart. 

6. Wsmart will not be responsible in the provision of roadside repairs and towing services to a Vehicle in the absence of the Customer or Customer’s Representative. 

7. Wsmart will not responsible for the cost of spare part, tyre recap, tollway, ferry fares etc. 

8. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of spare part, tyre recap, tollway, ferry fares etc. 

9. Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to keep part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate Wsmart’s responsibility over any assistance services and expenses. 

10. Wsmart is not responsible for the vehicle which proposed for the commercial use. 

11. Wsmart shall not service vehicles on Mountain Ranges. 

12. Wsmart shall only service Vehicles located on the road and not in Buildings. 

13. Wsmart shall not be responsible for the cost of the towing service if it is found that the vehicle is mobilizable. 

14. This Program do not cover vehicles immobilized by car accidents.

Section 3: Safety of your valuables

We would like to remind customer to take care of your valuables when their vehicles are being services. Please always make sure you do not leave any valuables in your vehicles when it is services. We do not take any responsibilities for the lost or damaged goods.
